About Me

I’m a married 46 year old, home educating, homesteading mother of four children. As a family, we share the workload, which allows me some space to pursue my passions, which are mostly related to learning about and living holistic health.

I believe in medicine for the body, soul, and spirit. This is where my interests lie - in alchemical herbalism, growing and preparing medicine using these principles, sacred astrology, and Biofield tuning. I read non-stop and I host a womens group, a children’s home education group and set up and mother and daughter group that all still run today.

Finding alignment with my own path has allowed me to create what I want to see in life, and afforded me the capacity to help and hold space for others, and for that I am honoured and deeply grateful.

In my experience working with others, ‘medicine’ that is no more than molecules and constituents does little more than mask symptoms. When you identify the root cause of an imbalance, given the right environmental conditions, the body will heal itself.

You will leave a session with me having experienced a tuning session (a kind of sonic soul retrieval), and empowered with the information you need to align with your unique blueprint for life: appropriate herbal support, nutritional guidance, and a sense of the direction your soul is seeking.
